Warranty & Spare Parts Administrator Citywest Business Park Permanent

Our client is a world leading multinational based in Citywest Business Park in Dublin 24.  They are currently recruiting for an experienced Warranty & Spare Parts Administrator to join their busy and dynamic team.

This is a permanent role and salary is €30 – €35k pa, plus pension and healthcare.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE :

  • Processing customer orders for spare parts
  • Customer Support
  • Creation of spare part orders
  • Monitoring orders and availability
  • Co ordinate with internal departments and suppliers at European factories
  • Product support pre and post sale
  • Warranty processing & management

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

  • Customer focused
  • Excellent communication skills
  • MS Office skills (Word & Excel)
  • Ideally a knowledge of SAP
  • Diploma / degree in a technical or business domain or proven experience in the technical parts administration
