Trade Counter Customer Care Administrator Permanent

Our client is in the construction sector and based in Dublin 12.  They are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator / Trade Counter Administrator to join their busy team.

This role would suit someone with a construction background.  This is a permanent position and salary is circa €30k.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE

·         Sales order processing

·         Dealing with customer queries

·         Completion of cash sale at trade counter

·         Quotations

·         Administration

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

·         Construction background ideally.  Carpenter / Builder / etc

·         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

·         Excellent Initiative & good team player

·         Computer literacy: MS Office
