Telecoms Consumer Escalations Specialist
Our client, a large player in the Telecoms sector, wishes to recruit a full-time analyst on a permanent basis, to work as part of the Consumer Care Team, acting as an advisor to the customer care escalations team in dealing with consumer complaints.
The overall responsibility of this role is the provision of effective, accurate, and constructive advice and assistance to the Escalations Team, and where necessary with the first line support team, in their dealings with complex and to play a key role in building the experience and knowledge and in supporting the team on a daily basis.
The successful candidate, reporting to the Consumer Care Manager, will show considerable drive and ambition and will input to the development of an excellent customer care service, by ensuring processes and procedures are in place to support the Escalations team in dealing with all stakeholders supported by appropriate IT systems.
o Identification of new market initiatives and risks;
o Collation and sharing of market intelligence through effective communication with colleagues.
The role involves travel (either as a passenger or driver) and out of hours working (including Saturdays) on an ad-hoc basis and therefore flexibility is essential.
