Technical Administrator Chemical Degree Permanent

Our client is based in Ballyfermot Dublin 10 and is urgently recruiting for an experienced Technical Administrator to join their team.  This role would suit candidate with a Chemical degree or similar.

This is a permanent position and salary is €30 – €35k depending on experience.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE

  • Coordinate with transport team on weekly schedule
  • Set up chemicals jobs in the system (create/print/compile paperwork)
  • Coordinate with sales team re purchase orders/pricing
  • Create sales dockets and coordinate with stock controller in order to have the stock ready in time for next day deliveries
  • Maintain communication via email/telephone with
  • Create chemical products in the system according to legislation
  • Create chemical classifications and assist sales team to assign chemical codes

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Chemical degree or similar
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Customer focused
  • Excellent MS Word & Excel skills
