Service Desk Administrator D22 Permanent

Our client is based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Service Desk Co-Ordinator to join their team.

This is a permanent role and salary is circa €40k plus bonuses, perks and hybrid working.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE :

• Manage schedule for service/commissioning engineers.
• Manage maintenance contracts
• Issuing of Annual service contracts / quotes when they are up for renewal.
• Monitor the E Tenders emails for upcoming tenders of interest.
• Respond to Tender applications. Prepare & submit tenders.
• Respond to Proposal applications.
• Review Service dockets & materials used on each quoted job against original quote to ensure all is in order and make note of onsite changes.
• Logging of all POs
• Following up quotations
• Arrange any Scaffold / Hoist needed for repair visits.
• Liaise with engineers for equipment needed (uniforms, tools etc)
• Liaise with HR dept for any HR related issues relating to service engineers.
• Responding to accounts queries in relation to all service visits, works done.
• Liaise with end user accounts department for all non-contract materials orders.
• Arranging all training for Engineers eg: Safepass, Manual Handling, MEWP.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• Excellent phone manner
• Excellent operational skills with proven track record in scheduling, operations & systems management.
• Proficient in Word & Excel
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
