Sales Representative – West Limerick E8052

Our client is a hugely successful construction materials supplier seeking a Sales Rep to join their team. Covering the West Limerick Territory. Salary: circa €40K – €50K plus excellent bonus, car and benefits.

Working closely with the Sales Manager and responsible for the marketing and sales of all range of products.

The Role:

Sales & Commercial Execution

• Accurately forecasts revenue pipelines
• Constantly innovate ways to balance sales opportunities, customer management, and new customer on-boarding
• Draws upon organisational resources to build customer-focused relationships
• Conducts cost/benefit analysis before pursuing potential business

Customer Relationships

• Skilled in developing customer collaboration and commitment at all stages of the value chain, negotiating for win-win outcomes
• Strengthens customer relationships through building service ethic within the sales teams; anticipates and provide solutions to customer needs; strives for customer satisfaction
• Skilled in establishing and maintaining relationships with key product Specifiers
• Will be required to attend seminars, conferences, customer related events, tradeshows etc., outside of normal working hours, at weekends and in various locations.

Strengthen the Company

• Listen to the needs of the market and share the learning internally with Operational, Technical teams and Commercial Dept.
• Be proactive about solving problems (even if it’s outside of your area)
• Be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
• Be proactive to learn and re-educate on all Architectural and Value Added Product ranges.

The Candidate:

• Construction industry/product a distinct advantage (Training will be provided)
• Strong sales process discipline and architectural product knowledge
• Presentation skills and prior sales experience would be an advantage
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills
• Results focused-pursue stretch goals and take advantage of opportunities
• Knowledge of relevant IT packages including Oracle, Command Alkon and Microsoft Office products (Training will be provided)
