Sales Rep (FMCG Trade) / Dublin – 12 month contract

Our client is hugely successful FMCG company seeking a Sales Representative to join their team.  Fantastic company who invests hugely in employee engagement.  Salary: €40K – €43K plus 12% bonus.  12 month contract.

The Role:   

• To achieve agreed volume & distribution targets through flexibility, innovation and realizing both volume and share of market potential within territory of responsibility. All targets to be measured through the agreed data sources.
• To effectively utilize and record all aspect of data to drive performance of brands in engaged categories, capturing all relevant data in support of in-store activity
• To utilise all available analytical tools to identify business opportunities, develop territory quarterly plans, identify resource requirements and identify potential impact. To identify all potential local opportunities within their territory and feedback to the Cycle Planning Team.
• Implement in full cycle objectives as agreed and communicated by the Cycle Planning Manager. Ensure the routing and scheduling of trade visits are planned in the most optimal way to deliver the cycle objectives.
• To achieve the optimum range and stock holding of brands within our own and competitor in-store equipment, addressing any stock distribution and availability issues (with a focus on territory’s top SKUs). Liaise with the Regional Specialist to identify opportunities to accelerate performance within their territory.

The Candidate:

• Third level relevant degree
• Proven solid sales trade marketing experience in an FMCG environment
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong IT skills
