• Developing and managing new B2B in the Dublin/Leinster Territory and achieve sales targets.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Strong emphasis upon development of relationships with existing customer database.
• Ensure effective communication within the management team.
• Drive development of both new business and building established commercial relationships.
• Present sales, revenue, forecast and expenses reports to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Maximising sales and profit for the Irish territory. Forecast sales trends and reporting on same
• 3rd Level Degree
• Commercial sales career track record consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Successful previous experience
• Display enthusiasm with ability to motivate and influence
• Familiar with CRM software and competent technology skills
• Proven ability to oversee and drive the entire sales process
• Strong business sense, hardworking attitude
