Our client is a premier bathroom and tile showroom with some of the finest luxury brands available.  Very well established based in Dublin West.  Seeking a Sales Executive to their strong team.  Salary will all depend of level of experience.  Full training will be provided if a junior and brand training provided for an experienced person.  Excellent package with benefits.  .

The Role:

Your goal is not only to sell products but also to provide a positive and personalized experience for customers. By combining your product knowledge with excellent customer service skills, you can help customers create their ideal bathrooms while meeting your sales targets.

•  Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, understanding their requirements, and offering suitable product recommendations. Assist them in making informed decisions by explaining features, benefits, and different options available.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the various bathroom fixtures and products offered in the showroom. Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and designs in the industry. This knowledge will help you guide customers effectively and address their queries.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing. Arrange product displays in an attractive manner, making it easy for customers to browse and compare different options. Regularly restock inventory and maintain accurate pricing information.
• Sales Targets: Work towards achieving sales targets set by the showroom management. Utilize your selling skills to upsell and cross-sell complementary products or higher-end options. Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Quoting and Pricing: Prepare accurate quotes for customers based on their chosen products and any additional services required, such as installation or delivery. Provide transparent pricing information and explain any applicable warranties or after-sales support.
• Follow-up and Follow-through: Maintain contact with potential customers who are still in the decision-making process. Follow up on inquiries and ensure that any promised information or quotes are provided promptly. After the sale, follow through with any post-purchase assistance or warranty claims.
• Industry Networking: Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to stay updated on the latest trends, products, and technologies. Network with suppliers, manufacturers, and industry professionals to foster relationships that can benefit the showroom.
• Administrative Tasks: Complete necessary paperwork, such as order forms, invoices, and customer information forms. Maintain accurate records of sales

The Candidate:

• You might have a Degree or you might have just finished school – Full training provided Possess the get up and go to sell and have a passion for sales
• An interest in interiors / home Décor / house renovations
• Excellent communication skills and very capable of engaging
• Self motivated  and attention to detail
• Ambitious and a go getter
• Willingness to learn from your senior peers
• Computer literate
