Sales Engineer (Residential new build) –  Leinster/Midlands

Leading manufacturer of air conditioning and heating systems for commercial, residential, and industrial applications.  Salary: €50K – €55K, bonus, benefits and car.

The Role:

Responsible for the development of new and existing merchant / dealer development. Main functions  for the role are going to be as following:

• Developing the ‘territory’ with existing customers & by getting new customer on-board
• Responsible for his/her individual sales budget for own sales region
• Executes a customer & visit plan to develop Irelands dealer/merchant new build business and reach own individual targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and act as a first point of contact
• Identifying the customer’s needs in order to challenge & create innovative HVAC concepts, by promoting the most appropriate and efficient solutions, which results into orders
• Supporting customers in the development of their business alongside.
• Liaising closely with other company pillars and sections to ensure customer expectations are met (in terms of quality, service and timescale)
• Following the company strategies
• Represent as an organization by acting as an ambassador that puts the customer first always .
• Making product selections & specifications in line with the customer’s requirements .
• Identify prospective new merchant business in the territory.
• Provide product & commercial trainings
• Maintain a history of all calls /visits and quotations on CRM system.

The Candidate:

• Technical mindset and a proven track record and experience in sales
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent ‘people skills’, for working with a range of colleagues and clients
• A professional manner and the ability to work off own initiative .
• An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
• Good knowledge of Outlook, MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
