Engineer Design Graduate / HVAC – Dublin West

Our client is a leading European manufacturer of air conditioning and heating systems for commercial, residential and industrial applications.

The Heating and Air Conditioning Design Team is the point of contact for customers providing Technical information about products. Supported through helpdesk and training programs in  Academy. Furthermore, the Design Team is responsible for providing product support and engineering support. The Internal Design and Engineer graduate ensures delivery of design for residential and commercial projects. The tasks vary from systems design to sales support and technical training.

Main functions:

• Customers and consultants support in the design of residential (Air to Water and Air to Air Heat Pumps) and commercial projects (VRV and Air Conditioning).
• Collaborating with the different departments and product managers.
• Full training provided to become a specialist in products.
• You are responsible for design and selection of our products, the creation of quotations, the technical training for other teams and customers based on all our Heating/DX products, Daikin tools and digital platforms.
• Ensure an optimal customer satisfaction.

The Candidate:

• Third level degree in a technical domain or proven experience in the HVAC design.
• Customer focused attitude and solutions approach.
• Excellent skills building relationships with customers.
• Very capable to work smoothly in team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiar with the current software packages (AutoCAD and MS office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• SAP CRM a plus.
