The Role:

• Managing their Irish sales team further developing existing business and achieve sales targets.

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Strong emphasis upon development of relationships with customers, decision makers and stakeholders.

• Ensure effective communication within the sales, marketing and management team.
• Coaching and further developing the team – setting sales objectives, KPI’s and  monitoring performance.
• Drive development of established commercial relationships.
• Present sales, revenue, forecast and expenses reports to the management team.
• Management of the full solution sales process.
• Maximising sales and profit for the Irish Territory.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status.

• Sales leadership position involves combination of office-based activity plus national travel to client sites
• Financial budget

The Candidate:

• 3^rd Level Degree in Engineering/Business
• Process engineering industry essential with a proven career in senior sales
• Successful previous experience in leading sales team
• Display enthusiasm with ability to motivate and influence
• Change management experience
• Strong negotiation skills and corporate finance understanding
• CRM software and competent technology skills
• Proven ability to oversee and drive the entire sales process
• Strong commercial business sense with leadership qualities
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management
