Sales Consultant / Residential Heating

Join a world leading manufacturer of air conditioning and heating systems for commercial, residential, and industrial applications.  Salary: €55K base plus bonus and benefits, car, laptop and phone.  Leinster territory but open.

The Role:

Responsible for identifying and winning new projects, through your network of consulting engineers, architects, developers & contractors.

• Responsible for ensuring the company is specified on new projects by consulting engineers, architects & other industry stakeholders
• Use of CIF report and industry contacts to be aware of upcoming projects & opportunities
• Ensure sales targets (KPI’s) are achieved in order to increase market share in line with company goals
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with specifiers
• Attending B2B and B2C exhibitions and trade shows
• Maintain CRM database with customer visits / quotations / project won
• Liaising closely with other company departments to ensure customer expectations are met in terms of quality, service and timescale

The Candidate:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar specification sales role is essential
• Third level qualification in a relevant field, preferably HVAC / Engineering
• HVAC market experience is desirable but not essential
• Strong communicator, negotiation skills and excellent knowledge of the English language required.
• Extremely client focussed and self-motivated
• Excellent IT Skills (Min: PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word, SAP/CRM)
• Full clean drivers licence
