Our client is based in Clonshaugh, Dublin 17 and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Administrator.
This is a permanent role and salary is €30 – €33k pa.
· Register and process customer orders in SAP
· Consignment stock management
· Liaising with customers in the UK and Ireland
· Support finance with payment clarification
· Ensuring the timely delivery of orders
· Pre-sales and after-sales support
· Maintain and build customer relationships
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
· Good communicator with strong customer service experience
· A good telephone manner is essential
· Ability to follow implemented processes
· Excellent computer skills including MS Office suite, SAP & CRM
· Strong data analysis skills
· Ability to grasp new concepts with good attention to detail
· Self-motivated, highly organised and able to work unsupervised.
