Sales Administrator D24 Permanent

Our client is based in Tallaght, Dublin 24 and are currently recruiting for an experienced  Sales Administrator to join their vibrant and expanding team.  This is a permanent role and salary is circa €38k pa.  Hybrid working and pension provided.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE :

• Working as part of internal sales team to manage quotation requests from multiple sources and to develop quotations via supplier price list or supplier official quotations.
• Processing of sales orders and invoicing.
• Preparation of purchase orders to suppliers
• Liaise with factories for regular updates and update customer delivery schedule as necessary.
• Arrange for Project/Product delivery when goods have been received.
• Direct client queries or complex enquiries on a timely basis to relevant department or personnel.
• Maintain and update data on CRM
• Coordinate with Customers, Logistics and ensuring a smooth transition to the Project Manager.
• Process Customer Concern/Returns forms and arrange follow up with Project Manager and Accounts.
• Development, strengthening and sharing of personal working relationships with new and existing key accounts.

• Inside sales: 2 years’ experience in a similar position (preferred)

• Strong PC skills particularly MS Excel, Word & Outlook..
• Capable of working without close supervision as well as a member of a team.
• Experience of working within an ISO environment would be an asset but not essential.
• Fluent English is a requirement in addition to excellent communication skills.
