Sales Administration & Customer Care D22 Permanent

Our client is based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and is currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join their Sales Administration / Customer Care Team.

This is a permanent role and salary is circa €40k pa.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE :

1. Order Processing:

1. • Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
   • Ensure timely order entry into the system and monitor order status until completion.
   • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely shipment and delivery of orders.

1. Customer Enquiries:

1. • Dealing with customer enquiries, providing prompt assistance.
   • Respond to customer inquiries via phone & email.
   • Offer product recommendations, technical support, and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
   • Ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process.

1. Relationship Building:

1. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction.
   • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize sales and meet revenue targets.
   • Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and contribute to business growth.

1. Team Collaboration:

1. • Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure accurate inventory levels and efficient order fulfillment.
   • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and provide support where necessary.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• Previous experience in an internal sales or customer care role
• Background knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, gaskets, seals, or transmission products is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer inquiries.
• Proficient in using CRM software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle a diverse range of customer needs.
