Our clients, am Irish Hotel group, are looking to recruit an experienced Revenue Manager to join their team.

As Cluster Revenue Manager Dublin, you will be responsible for maximising revenue, market share and profits for two Dublin City Centre International brand hotels, through the strategic coordination of total revenue management process and procedures.  The Group offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work with international brands, whilst competing in one of the most competitive markets in Europe.

The Role:

• Implement total revenue management operations, procedures, and best practices.
• Oversee Reservations Teams on site including daily, weekly, and monthly procedures.
• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly
• Optimise and expand group partnerships in conjunction with Sales & Marketing leaders.
• Responsible for total revenue for the hotels including rooms, events, and groups.
• Challenge and influence hotels to improve service level and operational standards.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels within the hotels, brands, management company and owners.
• Embed a revenue management culture.
• Delivering of training to the hotel team as required on related topics in reservations and revenue.
• Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotel and support RMCC day to day yield operations.
• Attend and host in conjunction with Hotel GM, daily, weekly, and monthly commercial meetings.
• Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.
• Create and maintain a 13-month rolling demand calendar.
• Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel.
• Provide weekly dynamic forecast of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons.
• Manage and oversee strategy for all third-party distribution
  Analyse overall monthly hotels performance and provide summary report with recommendations to improve long term strategies.
• Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated, and working to full brand capacity.
• Ensure website booking process is maintained up-to-date and functional working with respective brands.
• Responsible for best practice standards for Hilton and IHG to include competitor analysis; environmental scanning; market modelling; distribution yield management; business mix yield management; length of stay yield management; inventory availability by channel; pricing control and new pricing concepts.

The Person:

• Hotel school/apprenticeship or graduate training, or other degree level education
• Practical working experience in a hotel area or a corporate role relating to distribution or revenue management.
• Experience of managing a commercial team
• Previous track record in working in branded environment.
• Good training/coaching skills
• Ability to articulate and introduce change effectively.
• Previous system experience
