Recruitment Administrator – 4-8 week temp assignment/Dublin West
* Assist management with the creation of effective job descriptions and interview questions.
* Manage recruitment advertising
* Liaise with candidates on incoming queries and arrange assessment days.
* Assist in reporting of recruitment metrics
* Assist in the process of implementing applicant tracking system
* Assist in interview process, travel as required
* Relevant HR or Business qualification
* Minimum of 6 months of recruitment or HR experience
* Full driving license is essential
* Knowledge of competency interviewing
* Excellent Organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong MS Office knowledge
* Excellent communication skills
