Our client is a healthcare provider seeking a Recruiter to join their team to assist with their recruitment needs.  Ideally for 3/4 months however are flexible.  Salary guide: €35K – €50K all doe.

The Role:

• Full life-cycle management of the recruitment process, from candidate attraction through to offer
• Collaborating with HR Team and Managers to identify recruitment needs and compile detailed job descriptions for current/future positions
• Source qualified candidates, review resumes and pre-screen candidates while moving the interview process forward in a timely manner
• Coordinating and attending interviews with hiring managers, providing feedback/support where required
• Hire approval, offer and contract administration for new hires
• Experiment with new ways to optimize the interview processes, internal workflows, and improve candidate/new hire experience
• Maintaining relationships with agency vendors

The Candidate: 

• HR Recruitment experience including interviewing experience
• Candidate management experience
• Strong MS office and It skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and commercial sills
