Our client is based in Citywest and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Receptionist
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Operate switchboard and ensure all messages are communicated in either verbal, written or computerized format to appropriate staff.
• Co ordinating visitors and ensuring correct procedures are carried out
• Organize, frank and distribute the daily internal and external post.
• Book Conference/Meeting room for visitors, training, where necessary and transfer the information to the diary and computer speedily and accurately.
• Organize adequate supplies of office stationery in designated locations
• Perform daily ad hoc administrative tasks
• Computer literacy.
• Good organizational skills & Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Switchboard, reception and administrative experience
• SAP experience an advantage
