Our client is a leading player in the training sector, and is currently experiencing rapid growth and development. They are looking for a QSHE Manager to maintain their Quality management system. Reporting directly to the General Manager this role offers an opportunity for the suitable candidate to put their skillset into practice in a variety of areas within the company.

The Role:

• Ownership and Management of the Quality Management System
• Maintain the external accreditations through successful management of the Quality management system
• Design and implementation of the quality management system to ISO 14001 standards
• Evaluation and improvement of our systems and work practices
• Actively seek out, promote and encourage all opportunities for continuous improvement on the various aspects of businesses
• Assuring compliance to the regulatory and company standards through the development and implementation of an internal audit programme

The Person

• Detailed understanding of quality systems
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels
• Results focused and high levels of experience in responsibility and accountability
• 2 years experience in Quality Management
• Experience in a Training or Educational Environment would an advantage.
• Level 7 or higher qualification in the area of Quality Management would be desirable
