Purchasing & Logistics Administrator Permanent

Our client is based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Purchasing and Logistics Administrator to join a great team of enthusiastic  team players.

 

This is a permanent role and salary €38k pa plus bonus.

 

DUTIES OF THE ROLE :

 

  • Processing Purchase Orders.
  • Passing PO invoices
  • Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts)
  • Organising export and import shipments
  • Passing shipping invoices
  • Track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Follow up with suppliers to confirm or change orders

 

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Good understanding of supply chain procedures
  • Hands-on experience with purchasing software
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
