Print Customer Care Agent Permanent

Our client is based in West Dublin and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Print  Customer Care / Sales Support individual.

This is a permanent role and salary is €25k – €35k pa depending on experience.

THE ROLE :

·         To ensure customers requirements are met.

·         Support Field Sales Team

·         Day  to day processing of customer orders

·         Building customer relationship

·         Liaising internally with the Logistics Department, Production Planning Department and Quality Department

·         Assisting in the production of quotations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

·         Ideally experienced in the Print industry.

·         Minimum 3 – 4 years customer care / sales support experience

·         Team player

·         Excellent PC skills
