PR and Events Executive / Dublin West – Hybrid

Salary: €40K €45K plus benefits.  Our client is seeking a PR and Events Executive to join their team and drive an exciting environmental project.   

Key Role:

• Create an event and sponsorship opportunity framework to accurately assess the value of new opportunities, ensuring they align with brand and communication objectives.
• Project manage activations for all sponsorship events, from digital promotion to event hosting, ensuring a 360 approach, specifically Brand, PR and Content
• Create and implement plans for programme initiatives, campaigns, and events to promote consumer engagement.
• Be responsible for online event planning including conferences, webinars & workshops from start to finish.
• Serve as a brand ambassador throughout all activations.
• Assist in the management of relationships with 3rd party partners.
• Create regular reports, following the measurement framework, to understand the KPIs associated with each partnership and understand associated ROI.
• Create an Event performance dashboard to monitor KPIs and generate regular reports.
• Host pre-event planning meetings to gather business requirements.
• Create post-event reporting following the analysis framework and ensure it is delivered in a timely manner for all partnerships.
• Assist in managing 3rd party promotions teams to support event activation. Ensure they represent the brand properly, are well trained and presented.
• Ensure maximum brand exposure for all assets, thinking creatively and negotiating added value.
• Assist in the hosting and hospitality for all events, both external and internal

The Candidate:

• A qualification in PR / Communications / Marketing or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a PR, Events role
• Strong organizational and relationship management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
