Our client is based in Park West Business Park, Clondalkin and they are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Care Representative to join their team on a part-time basis, for a 12 month contract initially. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for retailers, handling inbound calls, taking orders, and ensuring smooth order processing.

Salary €18 per hour.  Hours are 8.30am to 3pm Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to retailer inquiries via phone and email
• Take and process orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any order-related issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service or order processing role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using order management or CRM systems (training provided)
