Part Time Accounts Assistant Kildare Permanent

Our client is construction based in Prosperous, Co. Kildare and is currently recruiting for an experienced Accounts / Administration Assistant.  This is a permanent part time role.

 

20 hours per week (Hours are very flexible).  €17 / €18 per hour.

 

DUTIES:

 

  • Project Administration
  • Job costing tracking
  • Billable hours tracking
  • Progress reports
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Accounts Payable
  • All Accounts Administration

 

IDEAL CANDIDATE :

 

  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Detail focused, with excellent initiative
  • Excellent administrative and organisation skills.
  • Positive, can-do attitude, team player
  • Minimum 4 years accounts experience
