Our client is based in Dublin 12, Ballymount Road. They are currently recruiting for an experience PA / Office Manager / Receptionist to join their busy team.
This is a permanent role, 30 hours per week (flexi) and salary is €30,000
DUTIES OF THE ROLE :
· Diary / Meeting Management
· Detailed organisation of travel arrangements
· Translation of the selected documents or co-ordination of quality translation from specialist suppliers
· Drafting of Letters
· Implementing Office Policy
· Ad Hoc support as required for extended Team.
· Responsibility of the management of office supplies and stationery
· Responsibility of the management of incoming and outgoing post
· Co-ordination of invoices for authorisation/SAP (PO processing)
· H&S Administration
· Assist in the management of company car administration (through Hertz) – including leasing, maintenance, insurance.
· HR Administration
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
· Fluent German would be ideal but not essential
· SAP experience
· Min 2/3 years in a similar PA / Office Manager role
· Strong communication skills
· Good telephone manner
· Ability to work with data (numerate)
· Good organisation and time management
· Team player
