Our client is based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to join their team.
This is a 12 month contract initially – the role may become permanent. Salary is circa €45k pa.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
· Minimum 3 – 5 years supervisory / managerial experience in a busy environment.
· Team Lead experience.
· Excellent communications skills
· Strong IT skills
· Ideally educated to 3rd Level standard
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
· Running office
· Organising and effectively supervising staff (Customer Care & Accounts)
· Stock control / Purchasing
· Health and safety and HR
