Logistics Administrator D12 Permanent

Our client is based in Dulbin12 on the Ballymount Road.  They are currently recruiting for an experience Logistics Administrator to join their team.

This is a permanent role and salary is €36k pa plus bonus.  Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm.

Purpose of role:

As part of an experienced logistics team the primary role is to deliver agreed KPI’s within a professional environment, assisting and supporting the day to day operation and delivery of excellence. Key responsibilities are stock reconciliation, raising purchase orders, arranging the import of consignments from across EMEA.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE :

• Supporting the cyclical inventory process.
• Ordering stock and ensuring delivery on time.
• Resolving and analysing stock anomalies.
• Vendor management.
• Build strong relationship between sales and logistics.
• Reporting of all quality control issues to suppliers.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• Good interpersonal skills.
• Must be articulate when advising suppliers on delivery of stock.
• Full drivers licence.
• Experience with a computerised sales and stock system
• Knowledge of Excel is essential – pivot tables and V-Look up
