Our clients, a multi-national IT firm are looking for an IT Service Desk Quality Analyst for a contract. The IT Service Desk Quality Analysis is for supporting the operations of the company’s IT service desk. The service desk coordinates the provision of IT support services for the company’s offices located all over the world and operates round-the-clock to cover all business hours of its offices. The service desk also provides support using Digital support channels. This role will be based mostly working from home, with some meetings in the office, in Dublin 24.
