IT Microsoft Architect

Term of 6 months

The IT Microsoft Architect will be a dedicated onsite Senior Technical Resource with an in-depth knowledge of all  Azure & M365 systems and infrastructure.. The key Senior Network Administrator responsibilities are, but not exclusively limited to:

• Addressing more complex issues/requests/troubleshooting relating to Azure, M365 applications or services
• Configuration and rollout of organisations managed devices and applications via MS Intune & Defender
• Rapidly master and utilise current technologies to advise and implement innovative solutions and solve challenging technical problems.
• Assisting with IT Projects as required and reporting to the designated Project Manager
• Ongoing review of Azure and Microsoft 365 infrastructure for potential vulnerabilities and advising on any potential security threats.
• Change Management: Reviewing, assessing and signing off on change requests.
• Ensuring that all technical documentation in relation to IT systems, infrastructure and procedures are maintained.
• Experience in configuration of core Microsoft 365 applications and platforms such as Intune, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, VCenter, Veeam, Azure, AWS and SQL.

The Senior Network Administrator should have strong technical qualifications and experience and be capable in supporting other less experienced resources with issue escalations to aid their knowledge and development.
