Our clients, part of a large multi-nation firm, are looking to recruit an experienced Implementation Manager, with Salesforce experience to join their IT team. This is a permanent role.

In this busy and varied role, you will be the lead on the implementation of Salesforce within the firm’s digital ecosystem and involved in a number of new and exciting IT initiatives. Their brands are embarking on an exciting digital journey and you’ll play a vital role in getting them there.

You’ll be an established project manager with experience of implementing Salesforce projects.

The Role:

• Leading the implementation project of Salesforce
• Implementing state of the art solutions in the areas of lead, campaign and request & complaint management
• Working collaboratively with our brands to drive the evolution of Digital platforms to become a digital powerhouse for Sales and Aftersales
• Managing the relationship with third party consultants
• Having experience of the required change management that comes with a Salesforce implementation
• Ensuring that all projects are delivered on-time and within budget
• Providing consultancy on how Salesforce can be integrated into the existing system landscape
• Identifying future potential Salesforce projects within the organisation
• Providing regular status reports to the PMO
• Performing risk management to minimize project risks

The Person:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience leading Salesforce implementations
• Would be highly proficient in the following Salesforce products: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Partner Cloud and Marketing Cloud
• Three or more years project management experience in and IT environment with an appropriate qualification (PMP, CAPM / PRINCE II)
• Experience of managing Digital / CRM projects is essential
• Preferably, a good knowledge of the motor industry
• Excellent communication, written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong organisation skills with an ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to be a team player but also be able to work on own initiative demonstrating “ownership”
• Ability to address the complexities involved in changing scope and requirements on assigned projects
• Experience of Data Protection and Information security requirements would be desirable
• Relevant 3rd level degree qualification and experience
