HR Recruitment Partner / Hybrid Model Dublin West

Our client is a large organisation seeking a HR Recruiter to join their team.  Salary requirement: €40K – €50K plus benefits and hybrid option.

The Role:

• Support the full life cycle recruitment process internally
• Screening and progressing applicants
• Support internal candidates’ recruitment cycles
• Building Talent pipelines externally via LinkedIn etc
• Supporting hiring managers internally with recruitment needs
• Interview scheduling across three business divisions and multi-site
• Conducting phone screens with applicants
• Conducting first-round interviews with screened candidates
• Completing reference checks
• Preparation of Contracts of employment
• Arranging pre-employment medicals and psychometric testing where required

The Candidate:

• Third level HR qualification plus CIPD ideally
• Relevant experience in a very busy HR Department
• Strong people engagement skills and ability to manage internal and external relationships
• Excellent judgement and a high level of policy and employment law knowledge
• A hands-on approach and a solution focused mindset
• Committed to delivering best in class HR service to the business
• Ability to organise and manage workload in a busy environment with changing priorities
• A dynamic individual who likes to get things done
• Excellent people focused professional with a collaborative style
• Good Communications skills
