Our client is a multinational business seeking a HR Director to lead the HR Team. Dublin based role. Salary: up to €100K plus excellent package.
Overall leadership, management, direction and performance of the Employment, Compensation/Benefits, HRIS, Compliance, Employee Relations, Investigations, Organizational Development, and Training
Develop HR strategies and administer HR policies and procedures
Develop recruitment strategic plan for identifying both management level positions and all hourly positions
Drive/reinforce the Company Culture
Administer the salary administration policies and programs. Review and readjust salary ranges; conduct local wage surveys annually
Responsible for all employee relations and labour-related matters
Delivering Change Management across transformation projects to include, increasing gross margin, integrating lean methodologies, driving efficiencies, redesign of organization structure, rationalization/redundancies, cultural change, embedding performance management system that enables the business to achieve goals and drives the appropriate behaviours
Ensure compliance and advise management on employment law issues, manage grievance, investigation and discipline cases to satisfactory resolution
Represent the company in 3rd party forum (Adjudicator, WRC, CITD, NJIC, Labour Court, High Court)
Lead management development and associate training
Strong HR Management level experience
Significant Labour/Employee relations experience in a unionized setting.
