HR Business Partner – Dublin 18. €60-€65k base.
Reporting to an HR Manager, focusing on aligning HR activities with business by providing comprehensive and professional and efficient service. Provide strategic and operational support, advice and information to the senior managers of a Business Unit and working with HR Management team in the areas of ER, budgeting for staff costs, resource planning and staff recruitment, analysis and policies and procedures. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. Responsible for meeting KPI’s targets which will be agreed as essential to both the designated Business Unit and HR Management.
Third level degree in HR and CIPD membership
European language a plus but not essential
Excellent leadership and influencing skills with high level of discretion
Engineering industry experience desirable
Strategic and commercial experience
