HR Business Partner / D15 (Excellent Hybrid – 3 Days WFH / 2 Days Office)

(Maternity Cover 10-12 months full-time)

Excellent opportunity for a strong HR Generalist who wishes to take their experience to the next level!  Exciting and challenging role which involves a high degree of autonomy.  Occasional visits to client sites in the greater Dublin.  Salary: €55K with €3K completion bonus.

The Role:

Responsible for the delivery and implementation of a range of generalist HR services and the provision of advice and guidance on HR issues to management and staff, in order to support the achievement of its business objectives

Key Accountabilities

• Be part of the HR team (HR Manager and Payroll & Recruitment Coordinator) in supporting business strategy by providing HR guidance and initiatives – including supporting management, employee and organisational development activities.
• Advise and guide management at all levels on HR related issues – including policies, procedures and initiatives – to generate high levels of employee satisfaction and motivation and to ensure compliance with current HR policies and legislation.
• Implementation of HR best practise in areas such as Recruitment, Leadership development, Succession & Talent management, Employee satisfaction and motivation, Performance management, Employer branding, Competence development and Culture & core values.
• Provide training on these policies, where required.

• Provide employee relations support, including timekeeping and attendance issues, conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement counselling ensuring consistency of policies.
• Assist managers in handling individual grievance cases to ensure early resolution of local employee relation issues.
• In cooperation with HR Manager and management plan and allocate manpower resources to meet business needs.
• Support the Company’s internal and external recruitment activity with the Recruitment Coordinator, including the delivery of the Company Induction process and the processing of contracts and employment screening.
• Support succession planning and career development within the Company.

The Candidate:

• Excellent knowledge of Irish employment law
• Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office) including HR database experience
• Proven track record of facilitating disciplinary hearings and individual grievances
• Proven track record of delivering presentations to groups
• Proven track record of project managing HR initiatives to completion
• Excellent interpersonal, professional presentation and written skills
• Team player and work independently too
• Full clean driving licence
• Degree (Level 8) in Human Resource Management or another related field
• Minimum of 3 years as a HRBP or HR Generalist
