Our Clients, a multinational firm based in Citywest, are looking to recruit a Group Account to join their FP&A team. The finance department is responsible for all aspects of commercial, financial and management accounting for several entities in the DACHIT UKI region.

This is a Hybrid role, with a minimum of 2 days in their Citywest office per week.

The Role:

• Support the actuals reporting, forecast, budget, and strategic planning process within the Region. You also participate actively in the development and maintenance of a framework for the collection of management information in order to produce correct, complete and timely management reports.
• In your role, you provide management information through reporting decks for Exc and Solution Directors, including both financial and non-financial data.
• You will define templates for the reports to be produced and propose any changes that will improve the overall reporting. Identifying opportunities to improve the format or content of management reports and discussing them with the stakeholders is an important part of your daily focus as well.
• Given the strategic position of this role, you also make sure that all end-users can make full use of the reports, follow new evolutions in the field of reporting and keep a general eye on the impact of changes and any potential issue in order to find solutions quickly.
• Analyse revenue and profit trends and provide recommendations to the business executive
• Provide analytical responses to the business executive team requests
• Proactively drive business performance by identifying opportunities for business development

 The Person:

• Qualified in CPA, ACA, ACCA or CIMA. With 3+ years experience
• Clear understanding of management reports and ability to communicate results to stakeholders.
• A sharp analytical mind and the ability to solve problems.
• An accurate and methodical workstyle, combined with a strong customer-orientation and a dynamic communication style.
• A team-attitude with flexibility and the ability to cope with change.
• Managing business challenges between stakeholders
• Advanced spreadsheet and modelling skills
• Experience of using multiple IT systems & HFM
• Effective time and deadline management
• Running presentations/meetings with stakeholders
