eCommerce & Websites Operations Manager / FMCG / Dublin West Hybrid Model

(12 month contract)

Our client is a global FMCG company seeking a eCommerce and Website Operations manager to manage and optimise their websites and ensuring smooth operations of eCommerce transactions, logistics and consumer journey.

Salary:  €70-€75K, 20% completion bonus and hybrid working model.

The Role

• eCommerce Site Management – Manage website maintenance, day to day operations, updates and new content and features. Ensure stock management controls are followed and monitored for online sales. Provide regular updates to Marketing and the broader business on website performance and activity. Work closely with Telesales to ensure seamless customer support when required. Work closely with HQ digital team to maximise SEO performance.
• Brand Website Management – Manage website maintenance, day to day operations, updates and new content and features. Ensure stock management controls are followed and monitored for the Free Sample Request feature onsite. Provide regular updates to Marketing and the broader business on website performance and activity. Work closely with Telesales to ensure seamless customer support when required.
• Systems Integration – Work with project team to finalise requirements for website. Support required testing and launch phases by owning Market tasks. Ensure seamless integration with relevant Market systems. Develop and launch local Market education on the system. Provide on-going support of new functionality.
• Budget Management – Responsible for the day to day management of website operations budget ensuring all spend is in line with expectations. Manage the creation and Goods Receipting of all Purchase Orders and, in collaboration with key stakeholders, monitor and report all internal cross charges. Monitor spend on monthly basis and provide timely communication of any significant variances versus plan. Responsible for all re-phasing exercises in line with financial processes and as requested

The Candidate

• 3^rd level degree or equivalent in eCommerce/Digital Marketing
• Strong eCommerce Website management experience with strong understanding of back and website requirements
• Experience or a very good understanding of Magento, OMS, Wordpress or similar CMS systems
• Jira and or Confluence
• Portal experience a plus
• Azure experience a big plus
