Document Controller D2 Contract

Our client is based in Clanwilliam Terrace, Dublin 2.  They are currently recruiting for an experience Document Controller to join their team.

This is a 12 month contract initially and salary is €40k pa plus pension.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE :

  • Document Management
  • Handling intake, scanning, verification and storing of documents.
  • Managing the folder system in Sharepoint
  • Maintaining confidentiality of documents
  • Digitising records when necessary
  • Review and cleansing information
  • Supporting Quality Manger in documentation
  • Administration support to team as required

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent MS Suite skills
  • High level of discretion
