Our client is hugely successful motor company seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist reporting to the Head of Marketing Communications and Corporate Affairs.  €45K – €50K plus excellent benefits.

• The Role:
• Responsibility for the planning and execution of key functionality and content
• Working closely with agencies and colleagues in Marketing, Product and IT
• Work closely with the Customer Experience team to ensure the online journey
• Implement a strong SEO programme and related sites to ensure optimisation for key brand & search terms
• Develop a fully integrated digital marketing strategy that will deliver on key business objectives across customer acquisition, retention, customer satisfaction and brand awareness
• Work with our agency on all AdWords campaigns to optimise spend and performance based on identified insights
• Ownership of reporting and insights from reporting platforms including Google Analytics, Einstein Analytics, Salesforce and others
• Responsible for the consistent online presence and promotions through Search, Display, Social, and other online channels, including biweekly reporting
• Manage social strategy around Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and other social media platforms
• Keep on top of the latest social media and digital marketing trends and drive new ideas for best practice
• Create and deliver a content-marketing strategy to be agreed with the Head of Marketing Communications and Corporate Affairs
• Management of Websites, and support across dealer digital marketing
• Responsible for developing the awareness, engagement and growth of key Brand sponsorship platform

The Candidate:

• Minimum of 3 years digital marketing experience, including developing and executing digital campaigns
• Degree in marketing or a related field
• Strong digital marketing skills and knowledge base
• Experience with SEO
• Understanding of digital marketing for lead generation
• Ability to lead and manage creative social media communications
