Our client is a very well established EPOS company seeking to recruit a Customer Support Technician to join their team.  This a very exciting and varied role servicing the hospitality industry. Covering Ireland and a small amount in the UK.  Salary: €25K to €35K doe plus package.

The Role:

• Deliver technical support and solutions to the customers
• Non-technical and technical support via phone, email or onsite
• Introduce and educate clients on products
• Building customer relationships
• Communicating and updating internal staff on client’s requirements
• Technical support will involve: product compatibility, configuration, installation, training, troubleshooting and site visits

The Candidate:

• IT / Technical qualification
• Experience in the hospitality industry essential
• POS system is ideal
• Knowledge of operating systems, hardware, software and networking
• Training experience/qualification highly desirable
• Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
• Must be enthusiastic, engaging and a team player
