Our client is based in Dublin 24 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Support person to cover a maternity leave assignment.
Immediate start. Salary €25 – €28k pa.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE
|· Receipt and processing of customers orders onto system.
· Documentation of all relevant information from customer orders.
· Check and validate customer confirmation purchase orders.
· Regularly update information on relevant system.
· Receive and process internal and external enquiries, ensure follow up.
· Liase with other sales staff to maximise sales opportunities.
