Our client is a leading manufacturer seeking a Customer Support person to join their team.        Salary: €35K – €40K.

The Role:

  • Develop a relationship with customer base by providing quotation and order support#
  • Office administration support within the customer support team
  • Customer and product support, welcoming customers and visitors to the office
  • Supporting installers with quotations and product orders and delivery information
  • Supporting the sales team
  • Updating and maintaining office records and office administration

The Candidate:

  • Third level qualification preferable
  • Microsoft Office and SAP experience
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customers service experience
