Our client is based in Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Customer Services Executive / Customer Relations to take ownership of customer relations.
This is a permanent position and salary is €28 – 30k pa.
THE ROLE :
• To be the primary point of contact for inbound communication from customers.
• To take ownership of issues and resolve in an efficient manner.
• Ensure an effective communication flow between internal departments and the customer.
• Monitor Customer Satisfaction levels
• To provide general administrative support to other team members.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about customer satisfaction.
• A desire to solve problems and to resolve cases.
• Strong computer skills, experience using CRM programs is preferable.
• Experience in customer relations.
• Experience in the motor industry
