Customer Service Advisor Citywest Business Park Permanent

Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Administrator to join their busy and dynamic team in Citywest Business Park.

This is a permanent role and salary is €28 – €30k pa plus staff discount, pension, life assurance and hybrid working.

DUTIES OF THE ROLE :

• Processing incoming orders in a timely, efficient and careful manner
• Dealing with customer queries and ensuring satisfactory conclusion reached
• Logging of all customer complaints with identification of corrective/preventative action & root cause
• Building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, including regularly updating on outstanding issues
• Providing support to Sales Representatives

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE :

• At least 2-3 years’ previous experience in a busy Customer Service role
• High standards of accuracy and attention to detail, with excellent problem solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build, maintain and manage relationships both internal and external
• Teamwork and flexibility is an important aspect of the role
• Strong organisational skills with ability to effectively and prioritise workload
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
• Ability to work effectively within a team environment and on own initiative
• Excellent IT competence, to include a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Customer focused
