Our client is based in Rathcoole, Co. Dublin and they are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Administrator.
This is a permanent role and salary is €28 – €32k depending on experience. 25 days holidays plus pension and health cover.
DUTIES OF THE ROLE :
· Processing and pro actively managing all sales orders.
· Development and maintenance of relationships with customers.
· Supporting the sales team.
· Working with Supply Chain team on status of orders.
· Maintaining CRM system
· Liaise with Finance and assisting with credit control where required
