Customer Relations & Marketing Coordinator / Dublin 9 – Maternity Cover

Our client is a strong global motor company seeking customer relations expert to support the customers and the internal team.  A passion for customer relations and very good administration skills essential.  Salary: €35K – €37K plus a car.  Two days WFH & Three days in the office.

The Role:

• Receive all inbound phone calls from customers and retailers and handle through to resolution
• Carry out outbound ad-hoc marketing campaigns to existing customers.
• Endeavour to provide an outstanding level of service with guidelines
• Respond to all enquires via telephone as first priority
• Provide assistance to team members when handling contacts in this area through knowledge base updates
• Keep customer contact system -SIEBEL updated
• Use Manufactures guidelines to resolve customer issue …
• To monitor and approve car hire approvals.
• Work with the Finance manager on budget
• Provide sales daily sales figures and sales data/analysis to the team
• Manage Dealer Orders and allocation of vehicles,
• Manage all systems aspects of new vehicles price changes to current car lines
• Manage and maintain the communication elements of the Ireland website,
• Drive a fully integrated and ‘always on’ digital communication strategy
• Publish and launch digital marketing communications with SMG
• Publish and launch social media communications with SMG.

The Candidate:

• Business related qualification ideally with excellent customer service and telephone manner
• Customer facing experience with marketing administration
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Well-organized and able to multi-task
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel at advanced level
• Automotive experience desirable
• Demonstrates commitment and passion
• Hold a full Driving Licence
