Customer Relations Manager role D22 Temporary

Our client is based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for a dynamic  individual to fill their Customer Relations Manager role & to continue to ensure their company remains an industry leader in Customer Relations.

This is a permanent role & salary is circa €65k plus company car, pension & a great working environment.

Job Summary: As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to handle customer complaints effectively. You will work closely with other departments to identify recurring issues and implement solutions to improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer complaints and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Analyze complaint data to identify trends and root causes, and work with relevant departments to implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement customer complaint handling procedures and policies.
• Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to improve their skills in handling complaints.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures.
• Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels and develop action plans to address areas of concern.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on customer complaints and satisfaction levels for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing customer complaints and escalations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in customer service software and tools.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
