Our client is based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22 and is currently recruiting for a dynamic individual to fill their Customer Relations Manager role & to continue to ensure their company remains an industry leader in Customer Relations.
This is a permanent role & salary is circa €65k plus company car, pension & a great working environment.
Job Summary: As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You will lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to handle customer complaints effectively. You will work closely with other departments to identify recurring issues and implement solutions to improve customer experience.
