Our client is a highly reputable company seeking a candidate to work with customers to find resolutions in a professional manner.  Salary: €30K – €37K all doe plus a car.

The Role:

• Receive all inbound phone calls from Customers and Retailers.
• Handle all multi-channel customer inbound communications through to resolution which include Facebook, Twitter, Email, Letters, all other social media channels as required
• Carry out Outbound calls for ad-hoc marketing campaigns to existing customers and prospects.
• Endeavour to provide an outstanding level of service within guideline KPI’s for different tasks.
• Be first point of contact when dealing with a customer contact in this area.
• Provide assistance to team members when handling contacts in this area through knowledge base updates
• Operate within applicable Codes of Practice.
• Record all contacts on customer contact system.
• Use manufacturer’s guidelines/goodwill matrix/common sense.
• Use a goodwill budget set by department manager to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with dealer network as appropriate to resolve customer issues.
• To monitor all goodwill claims made by the dealer network and monitor all car hire approvals.
• Monitor budget spend vs forecast on a monthly basis and produce a report.
• Work closely with retailers to ensure their claims are submitted in line with policies.
• Provide a single point of contact for the retailer network in relation to the parts returns process, ensuring that all requests are processed in a timely fashion.
• Manage incoming requests for support within the dealer network, relating to parts enquiries.

The Candidate:

• Strong customer service experience essential with great attention to administration detail
• Social media admin experience a plus (training will be provided)
• A team player with great interpersonal skills to join this great team
• A good understanding of brand management
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and database systems
• Hold a full Driving Licence
