Our client is based in Ballymount Dublin 12 and is recruiting for an experienced Customer Care Administrator to join their team.
This is a temporary position initially. Salary is €12 / hour.
• Sales Order Processing.
• Incoming customer call handling
• Addressing customer queries
• Other adhoc duties and projects as they arise from time to time.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Customer Service Focused
• Self motivated and ability to work in a small team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organisation skills, attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with Microsoft Word & Excel.
• SAP experience would be beneficial
